Vico Equense

Vico Equense sits on the Sorrentine Peninsula along the Tyrrhenian Sea in Campania. It’s primarily a coastal town known for its views, seafood, and as a gateway to the Amalfi Coast region. There isn’t a local dive scene within the city itself, and nearby dive options are limited to coastal day trips or excursions offered from larger hubs up the coast. For divers, access to reputable dive centers and sites tends to be found a short drive away in larger towns along the coast, or by joining organized trips from Amalfi, Sorrento, or Naples, depending on your itinerary. If you’re visiting for non-diving reasons, the town makes a solid base for exploring coastal towns, ferries to the island of Capri, and panoramic hikes along the coastline.
