Neuilly-Plaisance is a northeastern suburb of Paris, France. It’s not a coastal dive destination, and the area’s diving relevance is minimal. Nearby freshwater options exist further afield in the region, and any diving activity would be limited to training pools or local clubs if present in the broader Île-de-France area. For dedicated diving, divers typically head to coastal sites along the English Channel or the Atlantic coast, or to inland quarry sites outside the city.
