The city’s diving activity centers around nearby freshwater options in the broader region and indoor training facilities; with a few local dive centers, most divers head to coastal sites along the Atlantic or the Mediterranean region for meaningful diving experiences. Joints to nearby quarry or lake diving opportunities exist, but these are outside the city and primarily used for training or skills practice rather than destination diving.
