Nadi is a coastal town on Fiji’s main island of Viti Levu and a practical gateway to Fiji’s dive scene. It hosts a handful of dive centers that organize local boat dives to nearby reefs, walls, and drift sites along the Nadi and Coral Coast areas. While not a single standout mega-dive destination, the area provides accessible entry points for both beginners and experienced divers, with warm tropical water, clear viz, and abundant tropical fish. For broader Fiji diving, many travelers base themselves from Nadi or nearby towns to reach renowned sites by short transfers or boat trips.
