Other Dive Areas (Ecuador)

Other dive areas in Ecuador cover a mix of Pacific Coast beaches, rocky shores and offshore platforms, with access from major coastal hubs. The country offers warm equatorial waters, generally calm conditions near shore and more variable conditions further offshore, and a variety of marine life associated with the Southeast Pacific. Diving here tends to be local, with limited large-scale wrecks or reef systems outside the better-known sites; expect macro life, small schooling fish and occasional larger pelagic encounters, depending on location and season.
