Bel Ombre
Willy‘S Rock
Willy’s Rock is a shore-accessible reef dive off the Seychelle island coast near Port Glaud, Bel Ombre and Port Launay. The site features a rocky pinnacle that begins at shallow depths and slopes to moderate depths, with a wall-like structure and clear visibility common to the area. Expect typical Indo-Pacific reef life: small reef fishes, damsels, parrotfish, and occasional raised plate corals around the rock. Entry is straightforward from the beach or a gentle rock ledge, with currents generally mild to moderate depending on tide and wind. This site suits beginner to intermediate divers seeking a relaxed underwater topography close to popular shore access points. Nearby towns provide convenient access for locals and visitors alike, with multiple dive centers operating in the region.
