Vecki Reef

Vecki Reef is a local South Pacific reef dive site near the villages around Hagåtña area. The site is commonly accessed from nearby towns with short surface times and gentle entry from a sandy/reef edge. Expect typical tropical reef conditions with clear to turquoise water, moderate currents at times, and a shallow to mid-depth profile. Divers usually encounter a variety of small reef fishes, damselfish, angelfish, parrotfish, surge-prone crests, and healthy coral formations on drop-offs and sloping channels. The site is suitable for recreational divers and a calm-water drift is possible with a guided briefing. For nearby access, Vecki Reef lies within reach of Hagåtña’s coastal gateways and is often combined with other local dive sites in day trips.
