Tambisaan

Tambisaan is a local shore dive site near small coastal towns. Access is usually straightforward from nearby communities, with a shallow start that deepens toward a gentle slope. The site is characterized by typical tropical Philippine reef habitats with sandy patches, broken corals, and patches of seagrass nearby. Marine life commonly includes small reef fish, damselfish, wrasse, and occasional larger species around structure such as snappers or groupers. Conditions are generally calm and suitable for beginner to intermediate divers, with usually good visibility in calm conditions. Dive planning should consider tidal currents and local entry points from the shore or boats, and care should be taken to avoid disturbing nearby seagrass meadows and fragile coral formations.
