Steinschlagtafel

Steinschlagtafel is a local, shallow dive site near Steinbach am Attersee on the Attersee lake. The site is characterized by a submerged rock ledge or wall that drops gradually, offering straightforward entry and calm conditions suitable for beginners and training dives. Visibility is typically good on calm days, with a bottom around a few tens of meters. Common sight lines include zooplankton for macro enthusiasts and small resident freshwater fish. This is a sheltered, freshwater site often used by nearby dive centers and clubs for skill practice and shallow exploratory dives. Access is easy from Steinbach am Attersee, Seefeld, and Nußdorf am Attersee, all within a short drive.
