Roche Fouras

Roche fouras is a coastal dive site off Ramatuelle, near the Saint-Tropez area in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The site features a rocky seabed with sloping walls and patches of sandy bottoms, typically accessed from a small boat launch or a shore entry depending on conditions. Depths generally range from shallow to moderate, with common dives finishing around the mid-teens meters. Expect clear Mediterranean water, moderate to good visibility, and a straightforward drift or wall-style dive along the rocky formations. The area hosts typical Western Mediterranean life including groupers, moray eels, octopus, wrasses and cruising bass, with posidonia sea meadows nearby in deeper sections. Proximity to Ramatuelle and Saint-Tropez makes it a convenient option for day trips from these hubs.
