Pyramide is a local dive site near San Luis and San Andrés, on the Caribbean coast. It features a shallow to mid-depth underwater pinnacle or pyramid-shaped structure that rises from the seabed, creating varied topography for both beginners and experienced divers. Access is straightforward from nearby coastal towns, and conditions are typically calm with clear Caribbean waters. The site offers gentle drift and wall-like faces around the pinnacle, enabling easy orientation and exploration. Expect reef-associated life common to Caribbean tropical ecosystems, including damselfish, parrotfish, grunts, stoplight snappers, and occasional sea turtles. The site is best dived in calm seas with good visibility, and currents can vary with tides. It provides a practical, local dive experience rather than a distant, famous destination.
