Punta Monaci

Punta Monaci is a local Mediterranean dive site near Procida and the Gulf of Naples. Access is straightforward from nearby coastal towns, and the site typically features shallow to moderate depths with a rocky/pebble bottom and clear, temperate waters. Divers commonly encounter typical Western Mediterranean life such as groupers, wrasse, octopus, small reef fish, and perhaps eels in rocky crevices. The site is suitable for a relaxed coastal dive, with easy entry from nearby shore or boats and conditions that suit a range of experience levels depending on current and visibility. Proximity to Procida, Monte di Procida and Bacoli makes it a convenient option for a day of diving in the Gulf of Naples region.
