Nardò
Punta Lea
Punta Lea is a shallow Mediterranean reef site near the Italian town of Nardò. The dive typically features a sandy-to-rocky seabed with low-profile relief, making for easy entry and a relaxed swim through gentle shelves. Visibility is generally fair to good, with water temps variable seasonally. Expect common Western Mediterranean species such as groupers, wrasse, damsels and octopus, and posidonia meadows in the surrounding habitat.
