Les Chambres

Les Chambres is a coastal Mediterranean dive site near Cerbère in the western Mediterranean. The site forms part of the rocky nearshore topography typical of the Cap de Creus area, with shallow to mid-depth drop-offs and sandy patches in between. Access is easy from the coast and from nearby towns such as Portbou and Banyuls-sur-Mer, making it a convenient option for local divers. Expect clear visibility in good conditions, a mix of rocky walls, and typical Western Mediterranean marine life. The site is suitable for drift or wall dives depending on current, and can be explored by divers with basic to intermediate experience. It is best dived with a local guide or buddy awareness of the current and entry points from the rocky shore.
