Le Nahoon

Le Nahoon is a coastal dive site located near Martinique’s southern coast, typically accessed from the cluster of towns around Les Anses-d’Arlet, Les Trois-Îlets and Le Diamant. The site features a gentle reef topography with a mix of coral formations, small ledges and sloping sand patches that host a range of Caribbean marine life. Depths are generally shallow to moderate, making it suitable for recreational divers and entry-level trips, weather permitting. Expect clear water, variable visibility, and typical Western Atlantic species such as parrotfish, small groupers, moray eels and schooling snappers. Currents can be present but are usually manageable in calm conditions. Access is by shore or short boat rides from the nearby towns, with local centers offering guided dives and nearby services.
