Panglao
Gak Ang
Gak-Ang is a shallow reef-dominated site off Panglao Island, Philippines. The site typically features gentle depths suitable for basic to intermediate dives, with coral formations and accessible swim-throughs along a sloping reef edge. Expect clear tropical water, moderate visibility, and a mix of hard and soft corals, along with reef-dishon featuring small reef fish, damselfish, parrotfish, and occasional morays. Access is straightforward from Panglao town, with nearby centers and shore entries common for local dives. The site is well-suited for macro and training dives, as well as relaxed reef exploration during calm conditions.
