Drionisi

Drionisi is a small, protected dive site known locally for its straightforward access and gentle depths. The site typically features a shallow sandy area with scattered rocky outcrops that slope into clearer waters, making it a suitable option for beginners and for relaxed drift dives along a shallow wall. Visibility is generally good in calm conditions, and the area supports a modest mix of Mediterranean species common to the region. Dive entry is easy from nearby shore or local boats, with nearby coastal towns providing marine services and easy shore access. The proximity of Dryos, Agios Ioannis Trypitis and Faragas makes this area a convenient anchor for multiple day trips along the southern coast.
