Channel Drift
Channel Drift is a coastal dive site near Nabas and Malay in the region accessible from nearby towns within a short drive. The site features a gently sloping seabed with a mix of sandy patches and scattered rubble. Entry is straightforward from a rocky shoreline with calm conditions typical of shallow coastal dives. Expect modest underwater topography and common tropical reef life, including small reef fish, crabs, and occasional shells in the sand. Currents are usually light, making it suitable for beginner to intermediate divers under supervision. While not a renowned hotspot, it offers a relaxed dive with local ambiance and easy access for short day trips from the nearby communities.
