Carré Feraille

Carré Feraille is a small to mid-size wreck dive site off the northern Mauritius coast, typically visited from Trou aux Biches or Grand Baie. The site comprises a sunken hull resting at moderate depths with varied topography including sections suitable for reef and wreck exploration. Access is straightforward from nearby beaches and dive boats. Expect clear tropical water, with visibility commonly ranging from several to many meters depending on conditions. Marine life varies with the season and may include reef fish, wrasse, snappers, moray eels, and occasional larger pelagic visitors near the wreck. The site offers a gentle to moderate profile suitable for trained wreck divers and those building buoyancy and penetration skills, with calm conditions favored for safe entry and exit.
