Barcelona Shore

Barcelona Shore is a local shore diving site along the Barceloneta coastline, offering easy access from the city and nearby towns. Divers typically enter from the breakwater or rocky ledges and explore shallow, sheltered areas with sandy patches and patches of seagrass closer to the shore. Visibility is variable and commonly moderate, especially after boat traffic or wind events. Marine life includes typical Mediterranean coastal species such as wrasse, pufferfish, damselfish, and small groupers, with occasional octopus and moray sightings around rocky outcrops. The site is suitable for beginner to intermediate divers and can be used for training sessions due to convenient access from Barcelona and surrounding areas.
