Anthony’s Reef

Anthony’s Reef is a local shallow dive site surrounding a small reef zone just off the coast. Access is quick from nearby communities, with typical entry from a sandy crest and gentle sloping walls. The site suits beginner to intermediate divers, offering calm conditions on calm days and limited current. Expect standard Western coastal life with reef fishes such as damselfish and wrasse, and small benthic invertebrates around the reef edges. Depths are shallow, making it suitable for training dives and short excursions from nearby towns. As with many local sites, conditions can change with weather and tides, so plan accordingly.
