Kraljevica

Kraljevica sits on Croatia’s Adriatic coast and is best approached as a gateway to nearby dive sites along the Rijeka area. The town itself is small, with limited on-site diving activity, but divers commonly use it as a base for day trips to nearby coastal reefs, wrecks, and walls along the Adriatic. Local dive centers (in larger nearby towns) offer boat trips, equipment rental, and courses for beginners to advanced divers. Water conditions are typical of the northern Adriatic: generally calm springs to moderate seas, with clear water in good visibility periods, and a variety of marine life including common Mediterranean species. Freshwater diving is not a primary feature of the area, so most underwater activity centers on saltwater exploration along the coast.
